Mario didn’t see the representation he was looking for in small Disney boutique brands, so he created Diamond In The Rough Clothing Co. His goal in his small business is to create inclusivity, give people a seat at the table, and represent people of color in Disney clothing. Mario has felt imposter syndrome in so many ways, and this is a great interview that can be relatable for many of my listeners.
