This week’s episode features Strawberry Corncakes, a San Diego drag entertainer that is humble, kind, and a voice for her community. As a black person in the LGBTQIA+ community, she always had a hard time finding her voice and feeling other than. Through performing drag she was able to find her true calling, and start the transition a year and a half ago to find her authentic self. We talk about all kinds of things, but the takeaway from this episode: ASK FOR PEOPLE’S PRONOUNS, and also, tip your local queens. I adore Courtney, who is such a kind human.
